Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within Australia only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future so stay tuned for updates!

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order. You will be presented with multiple delivery options to choose from.

Yes! Local pickup is available from our Kwinana store, with all orders ready within 24 hours. Simply select the "Collect from Store" option at checkout, and you’ll be notified as soon as your order is ready for collection.

Delivery timeframes depend on the shipping method you select at checkout. Standard Airfreight takes 5 to 7 business days, Express Airfreight takes 2 to 3 business days, and Standard Road Freight takes 10 to 14 business days. Please note these are estimates only and may be affected by public holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Orders are generally packed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

We recommend checking your tracking link first or contacting the courier directly. If you need further assistance, reach out to us at hello@naturallatsyrc.com and we will be happy to help.

Some products, such as those containing essential oils or alcohol-based ingredients, are classified as dangerous goods. These items can only be shipped via road freight and may take longer to arrive depending on your location. Affected products will be clearly marked in their product descriptions.

Returns and Refunds

Unfortunately we do not accept returns or issue refunds or store credit for change of mind on online orders. Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing hello@naturallatsyrc.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If approved, we will offer a refund, store credit, or replacement as appropriate.

Yes, online orders may be returned in-store within 30 days, but only for faulty or damaged goods. Proof of purchase is required.

Return shipping is at the buyer's expense unless otherwise agreed upon. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 14 days for your return or store credit to be processed.

Store credit will be issued via a digital or physical gift card depending on how your return is handled.
