Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with us, both online and in-store. Please review our policy below for information on returns, refunds, and store credits before making a purchase.

In-Store Purchases

  • Change of Mind: Items purchased in-store may be returned within 30 days for store credit only, provided they are in original, unused condition and accompanied by proof of purchase and are not on the below ineligible list.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Opened or used bath/body products
    • Clearance or sale items
    • Custom or statement crystal pieces
  • Faulty or Damaged Items: If a product purchased in-store is found to be defective, please return it within 7 days of purchase. If the fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.

Online Purchases

  • Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or issue refunds/store credit for change of mind on online orders. Please choose carefully.
  • Faulty or Damaged Items:
    • If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery (as verified by tracking information) by emailing hello@naturallatsyrc.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
    • If approved, we’ll offer a refund, store credit, or replacement as appropriate
  • Return Shipping: Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense, unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Returning Online Orders In-Store: Items purchased online may be returned in-store within 30 days, but only for faulty or damaged goods and proof of purchase is required.

Processing Time & Fees

  • The return and store credit process may take up to 14 days after we receive your returned items.
  • Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

General Conditions

  • All returns must be in original condition with original packaging (where applicable).
  • Store credit will be issued via a digital or physical gift card, depending on how the return is handled.
