A natural grape agate specimen from Mamuju Regency, West Sulawesi Province, Indonesia. Grape agate is a botryoidal form of chalcedony, meaning it grows in small, rounded, grape-like clusters rather than the usual banded layers seen in agate. Countless tiny spheres in soft lilac and lavender tones cluster tightly together, giving the stone its name and characteristic bunched texture. The rounded crystal formations catch the light with a subtle waxy lustre, sitting on a natural beige matrix base.

Each piece is one of a kind, with the colour intensity, sphere size, and overall formation varying naturally from specimen to specimen.
